We will begin each morning with breath awareness practices (Pranayama), followed by a short meditation and then an energizing yoga flow appropriate for all levels.

YOGA BASICS

An introduction to mudras, mantras and movement.
This all levels class will guide you through the foundational aspects of a balanced yoga practice. Perfect for beginners and the experienced practitioner who wants to brush up on the basics.

MIDDAY MINDFULNESS

This is the opposite of a lunchtime workout!
This is your opportunity to rest and reset for the remainder of your day.
Through breath awareness, meditation, constructive rest and yoga nidra, you will be refreshed and recharged to face the afternoon.
Equipment needed: yoga mat, bolster, blocks and a light blanket.
SOOTHE YOUR SOUL

This restorative practice will set the tone for the week ahead.
With constructive rest, supported restorative poses and yoga nidra, we will guide you to complete relaxation of the body while keeping the mind alert and in the present.
This practice will help you to focus your attention and intention on resting and healing the mind, body and spirit.
Equipment needed: yoga mat, bolster, blocks and a light blanket.
